Reference is made to Nordic Unmanned's announcement on the 12th of July,
regarding the acquisition of all shares in AirRobot. Nordic Unmanned has
received all relevant clearances from the German Federal Ministry of Economy and
Energy to move forward with the acquisition of AirRobot.
The acquisition can now be completed and the closing is expected to happen
shortly. Consolidation into Nordic Unmanned will happen from the date of
closing.
AirRobot has around 30 employees and is located in Arnsberg, Germany, where the
company has facilities of about 2000 square meters.
The next steps between Nordic Unmanned and AirRobot include:
- Closing of the acquisition and organizational integration.
- Integration of AirRobot systems and technologies together with Nordic Unmanned
systems, technologies and operations.
- Opening new markets to AirRobot's product portfolio within the Security and
Logistic market verticals.
- Further development of the delivery drone system.
