The board of directors of Elop AS has today approved the 2021 annual financial
statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting
Standards (IFRS). 

There are changes in the final 2021 annual consolidated financial statements
from the preliminary full-year financial statements published on 3 March 2022
mainly due to recognition of an impairment loss of NOK 23m related to Simplifai
and amendments to capitalized development costs and amortization. 

The 2021 annual report will be released and made available 22 June 2022.
