Changes in Digital Workforce Services Plc’s own shares
Digital Workforce Services Plc has today, based on the resolution made by the Board of Directors of the company, transferred without consideration 11 380 own shares held by the company to participants of the Performance Period 2022—2024 of the Performance-based Matching Share Plan 2022—2026 for payment of rewards in accordance with the plan terms.
The transfer of own shares is based on the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on 10 April 2025.
After the transfer of shares, Digital Workforce Services Plc holds 112 061 own shares.
