A total of 16,587,443 new shares subscribed for with preferential rights and 3,038,828 new shares subscribed for without subscription rights were registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office in April. As of today, April 30, 2020, the last trading day of the month, the number of shares and votes in SSM thus amounts to 58,878,813.
