The number of shares and votes has changed as a result of the issue of 378,837 new shares of series C that the Board of Directors of the company resolved upon on 2 April 2020 as part of securing the delivery of shares to the participants in the share-related incentive program LTIP 2019 as well as to secure and cover costs that can be triggered by the incentive program (e.g., social security charges and taxes). The company holds all 378,837 shares of series C, which can be converted into ordinary shares and transferred to the participants in LTIP 2019 in accordance with its terms and conditions.
