Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Gram Car Carriers ASA ("GCC") on 24 October 2022 with key information on the distribution of a cash dividend as proposed resolved by the extraordinary general meeting to be held on 8 November 2022.
Based on the company's results for Q3 2022, the board of directors of GCC proposes a distribution of dividend in the amount of USD 0.11 per share, equal to NOK 1.1897 per share, and in total approximately USD 3.26 million, equal to approximately NOK 34.17million.
