| Altor Fund Manager AB (reg. no. 556962-9149) is the parent company of Altor Fund IV (No. 1) AB (reg. no. 556962-9172) and Altor Fund IV (No. 2) AB (reg. no. 556962-9198). Altor Fund IV (No. 1) AB and Altor Fund IV (No. 2) AB owns 50% each of the shares in Altor Invest 10 AS (reg. no. 933 329 909). Prior to the transaction subject to this notification of major shareholdings, Altor Invest 10 AS was the direct holder of shares in RVRC Holding AB (reg. no. 559129-4623) (the issuer) and Altor Fund Manager AB, Altor Fund IV (No. 1) AB and Altor Fund IV (No. 2) AB were thus indirect holders of shares in the issuer. In the disposal subject to this notification of major shareholdings, Altor Invest 10 AS's direct holding in the issuer fell below 5% of the shares and voting rights in the issuer (a decrease from 16,299,438 number of shares and votes to 0 number of shares and votes).
