(Nedre Vats, 14 November 2025): Reference is made to the long-term incentive plan for 2022 ("LTIP 2022") for certain members of AutoStore Holdings Ltd.'s ("AutoStore" or the "Company", OSE: AUTO) management and other leading employees (the "Executives").
Under the LTIP 2022, the Executives were, amongst others, awarded performance share units ("PSUs"). The PSUs were subject to vesting based on the achievement of financial or other performance goals. A total of 123,911 PSUs have been defined as vested and settled on 13 November 2025, through the delivery of 123,911 shares held in treasury by AutoStore to the Executives, corresponding to the total number of vested PSUs.
The primary insiders of the Company, Mats Hovland Vikse (Chief Executive Officer), Israel Losada Salvador (Chief Operating Officer), Carlos Fernandez (Chief Solutions Officer) and Jenny Sveen Hovda (General Counsel)have received a total of 100,408 shares.
